Resident Evil 2 Chromium trading card series by Wildstorm, dated 1998.

This card actually came signed by Jim Lee and was distributed as a case hit and usually found (1) per sealed case of (5) boxes!

This is that exact same card, except it doesn't come with Jim Lee's autograph. 

I think these unsigned cards were left overs after the product hit the shelves and were offered later and found their way onto the secondary market via alternative sources.
