2023 Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Thai Pikachu trading card promo graded a Mint+ 9.5 by CGS (Cosmic Grading Service) based in the Republic of Ireland/Germany.
Includes sub-grades on the back of the slab (photo #2).
Signed by Veronica -Ash- Taylor (OG Pokemon Ash Ketchum voice actress) on 12-01-2024 during a private signing that I organized in the UK.
