This card was signed and remarked in person by American actor Jeff Ward on Saturday March 23rd at "Comic Film Manga Fest in Rotterdam", and signed and inscribed in person by American voice actor Mike McFarland on Sunday February 25th at "Heroes Made in Asia" in the Netherlands where he made his first ever signing appearance!
Jeff Ward plays "Buggy" the Clown in the One Piece live-action series on Netflix.
Mike McFarland voices "Buggy" the Clown in the American One Piece anime series and Master Roshi in Dragon Ball Z to name a couple of characters that he is credited for.
